Description:

Tender 3rd Cut Timothy Hay

  • The softest and most tender of our hays.
  • Similar to 2nd cut, with a touch of natural grown clover buds and stems.
  • Dark green, extremely leafy and tender.  
    • Note: Our hay is all natural, so no additives for coloring have been added. 
  • Final characteristics of the product varies depending on growth rate, harvest schedules, opportunities for harvesting, and the weather that season. 

FEEDING:  Early 1st and 1st cut Timothy hay is recommended for adult rabbits because it’s stemmier; 2nd cut is recommended for younger rabbits due to its leafier texture. 3rd cut is recommended for pets who need weight gain or are super picky.

STORAGE:  Hay can be stored for up to a year when kept in a cool, dry, and dark location; hay must be allowed to breathe to prevent condensation and mold.
